The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is the highest body of state executive power in Ukraine and serves as the cabinet of government. State Maritime and River Transport Service of Ukraine

State Hydrographic

State Hydrographic is a state–owned research-and-production complex managed by Ukraine's Infrastructure Ministry. Click for more details

Mission of the State Hydrography:

  • fulfillment of Ukraine’s international obligations to provide hydrographic and navigation services to ensure the safety of navigation in the maritime region and on the inland waterways of Ukraine;
  • Installation of navigation equipment (EIA), which is required by the intensity of traffic and the degree of danger;
  • Providing information on the operation and condition of navigation equipment (EIA), identified hazards, collection and accumulation of hydrographic data, publications;
  • Dissemination and support at the current level of all navigational and hydrographic information for safe navigation.

Objectives of the State Hydrography:

  • Navigational and hydrographic support of navigation (NHS) in inland sea waters, territorial sea and exclusive economic (marine) zone of Ukraine;
  • Navigational and hydrographic support of navigation on inland waterways of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority

The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (USPA) is part of the management of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine and unites Ukrainian seaports and other infrastructure objects, contributing to the development and competitiveness of each of them. The structure of the enterprise consists of the head office in Kiev and the main representative office in Odessa, Delta-pilot and Dredging fleet branches and 13 branches in the seaports of Ukraine.
